Biography

Wensheng is a corporate Counsel at Hogan Lovells Fidelity (Shanghai), focusing on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, and other complex corporate matters. He also advises on licensing and collaboration agreements and other strategic commercial agreements. Wensheng has represented a broad range of clients in a variety of industries, including life sciences, technology, financial services, automotive, industrial and consumer and retail.

Recognized by The Legal 500, Wensheng regularly earns plaudits from his clients, noting that “his customer service is top-notch. He's prompt, knowledgeable and very respectful of and familiar with our processes” and “I always appreciate [his] diligence and responsiveness. Wensheng holds an LLM from the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. He is fully qualified to practice in China.
